The bilateral Euskampus program between the University of the Basque Country and the University of Bordeaux will organize on November 19, 2018, in Bilbao, a symposium between these two universities on the following theme: Impact of conventional and emerging contaminants on biodiversity, ecological functioning, resilience and human health under climate change.

BC3 Scientific director María José Sanz took part at the "key systems models, links and gaps and development options"workshop. In the context of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report on 1.5°C, the JPI Climate Action Group "GHG emissions, removals and management systems" organised a workshop on 27-28 March 2019, in Brussels, with the aim to explore the state of play of key models (central to the provision of analysis of the drivers of climate change and response options to achieve policy goals as established in the Paris Agreement), including how models are linked and gaps that may exist between them.

Desde La Escuela de Ingeniería de Gipuzkoa (Sección Eibar, Grado de Ingeniería en energías renovables), BC3 (Basque Centre for Climate Change) y Funts Project, entendemos que el cambio climático es uno de los ejes importantes a integrar en nuestro acompañamiento a las organizaciones e instituciones. Un compañero de viaje repentino que viene para quedarse y que va a influir y generar cambios que van a afectar a la sociedad en su conjunto y a las organizaciones en particular de una manera que todavía desconocemos, pero sin duda impactará directamente en el modelo de cultura de cada organización.
