Investigadora científica de BC3 - Basque Centre for Climate Change, María José Sanz es entrevistada por Métode de la Universitat de València a raíz de la mesa redonda de "Valencia cambia por el clima", cual tuvo lugar el mes anterior. A lo largo de la entrevista, Sanz trata todos los puntos relacionados con el clima y la sociedad, la ciencia, la educación y la política.

BC3, through the BALELUR Project, will participate in mountaineer Alex Txikon’s WinterTopAppeal expedition to scale the K2 summit. The project spearheaded by BC3 seeks to exploit publicity from the expedition to underscore the problem of global warming through a series of pioneering initiatives, such as the use of solar panels and windmills to transmit the message that even an expedition must be sensitive to the problems of climate change. On its end, the multidisciplinary BALELUR project will facilitate ascertaining the effects of climate change on the region and raising awareness about them.

Bc3ko zuzendari zientifikoa, María José Sanz, BERRIA egunkariak elkarrizketatu du Katowicen gertatu den COP24ren eta hemen ezarritako akordioen inguruan. Sanz ikertzailea, COP honek ekarri dituen erronkak azpimarratu ditu, baita ere Pariseko akordioetatik eratorritako pentsamolde aldaketez mintzatu da. Klimari buruzko Goi-bilera honetan ikusi da, BC3ko zuzendariaren arabera, denok hartu behar ditugula aritze zein egokitze neurriak.

Unai Pascual, BC3 Ikerbasque Ikertzailea, Etb1eko Ahoz Aho saioan izan da. Hilabete honetan Pascualek Ilaski Serranorekin ingurugiroko aktualitatezko gaiak jorratu ditu. Bereziki bi gai azpimarratu ditu ikertzaileak, Polonian gertatutako COP24a eta Brasilgo egoera politikoak klima aldaketan izango duen eragina.
