The Lancet Countdown 2022 report on climate change and health – BC3 webinar

BC3 is pleased to invite you to an online seminar on November 10, at 11.00 am CET that will present the main highlights of the freshly-released 2022 Europe report of the Lancet Countdown – an international research collaboration that brings together 120 leading experts to monitor how the world’s changing climate is impacting public health.

After the great impact of the publication’s release, Anil Markandya, Ikerbasque Professor at BC3, Honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Bath and co-author of the Lancet Countdown’s 2022 Europe Report, will introduce its key findings in detail, which focus on the health, social and economic implications of climate change.

This event aims at providing an overview of the Lancet Countdown’s latest report to experts working in think tanks, NGOs, media, European institutions and the scientific community at large. During the webinar, participants will be able to raise questions through the chatbox of the online platform Zoom which will be replied at the end of the webinar.
