BC3 - Basque Centre for Climate Change participates at the 2020 European Mobility Week. Since 2002, EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK has sought to improve public health and quality of life through promoting clean mobility and sustainable urban transport. The campaign gives people the chance to explore the role of city streets and to experiment with practical solutions to tackle urban challenges, such as air pollution. BC3 as an interdisciplinary research centre on the causes and consequences of climate change takes the opportunity to show the research that we are doing to understand the impact of mobility in the climate emergency.

Interview “before the reflection of the socio-ecological crisis” (Unai Pascual) – Environmental Days
Under the title "in the face of the socio-ecological crisis", Unai Pascual, researcher at the multidisciplinary centreBC3 - Basque Centre for Climate Change and Ikerbasque, speaks of the need to reconnect human beings to nature to face the socio-ecological crisis we are currently experiencing, "Environmental Days 2020" organized by the Eibar City Council. Marta Olazabal, from BC3 - Basque Centre for Climate Change multidisciplinary research centre and AXA Postdoc Fellow, has been interviewed as part of "Confronting a Global Crisis" series, where the AXA Research Fund supported scientists and AXA leadership share their perspectives on the global crisis and the COVID19. Dr. Olazabal shared her view on cities, urbanisation and Coronavirus.
