Researcher Galende The researcher presented the article that has been working with Ikerbasque Fellow Reseacher Alevgul Sorman where participatory climate and energy initiatives are analyzed.

Faria, an Ikerbasque Professor researcher at Basque Centre for Climate Change multidisciplinary research centre, has published a new article in Basque newspaper Berria “The importance of Ice”. Faria in this article underlines the need to understand what happens to the ice on the planet, even if we don’t have glaciers on our territory.

Dos proyectos liderados por el BC3 y cuentan con el apoyo de la Fundación Biodiversidad estudiarán cómo las prácticas de manejo sostenible de la tierra (MASBIO) y en particular, la restauración de los ecosistemas forestales (RESH2O), pueden incrementar la resiliencia al cambio climático y otros servicios ecosistémicos, entre otros los recursos hídricos, en las cuencas mediterráneas.
