2020 – World Environment Day

World Environment Day is celebrated on 5th of June under the theme “Time of Nature“. Since 1974, 5th of June has become a global public outreach platform bringing together governments, businesses, celebrities and citizens around a pressing environmental issue.

Time of Nature

This year’s World Environment Day focuses on biodiversity. Recent events, such as forest fires, and the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrate the inextricable relationship between humans and the networks of life in which we live. Nature is sending us a message.

At BC3 we work daily with the main institutions, scientific networks and socioeconomic agents, to design and help implement policies aimed at sustainable development and to remember that we must confront the climate crisis by ensuring the conservation of biodiversity, the life insurance of the planet.
